Dr. Chelsea Vasquez D.C.
Dr. Chelsea Vasquez graduated from University of Minnesota, with a B.S. in Biology, Society, and the Environment, and from Northwestern Health Sciences University, with a D.C. Dr. Chelsea grew up in Andover, MN. Her favorite part about being a chiropractor is getting to work with patients and educating them about their bodies and their health.
Dr. Chelsea always knew that she wanted to be a doctor but never really considered what type of doc she wanted to be until she graduated from undergrad. She got a job working as a medical scribe at a pain clinic while she started to work on applications for school. Dr. Chelsea started to see how many pain meds were prescribed for these patients and how there was always some medication being thrown at the presenting symptoms. She felt driven to explore a more holistic and natural approach to managing pain. She had some exposure to chiropractic when she worked as a chiropractic assistant in her undergrad years. With some outside encouragement, Dr. Chelsea decided to check out Northwestern Health Sciences University and she just knew it was a great fit. She started school there later that year.
When Dr. Chelsea is not at work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, working out, relaxing up north at the cabin and traveling!
